Came for happy hour on Taco Tuesday. Ordered the classic and jalapeno margaritas. Definitely come for the drinks! Our bartender, Kevin, made two delicious and beautiful margs that hit the spot! The nachos we ordered came with black beans, cheese, guac, salsa, and sour cream and I must say was super tasty. We planned to order their Taco Tuesday special of 3 tacos and a beer for $22 but decided not to since they force you to select only one meat/fish for all 3 tacos. Isn't the point of multiple tacos to order a variety? We will still come back for the margs and to visit Kevin but highly recommend they be more flexible with their menu.

Had a wonderful lunch here with my friend back in March. Review is much overdue. The food is so authentic and fresh. The chips, the guacamole- the best! We shared everything.... The fajitas were truly the best I've had in the area! Definitely try this place!!

After countless visits and a recent visit during their happy hour, I figured it was time for a review! The first time I tried Mas Fuego was when they opened during the start of COVID, and takeout was the only option. Fast forward to 2024, the menu has changed immensely, and eating inside the restaurant has been nice (eating on the patio is also nice on hot days). The décor reminds me of restaurants you'd visit in Mexico, with the bright colors and fun reggaeton playing. I'll start first by prefacing that this is what one might classify as a more "upscale" Mexican restaurant, based on the prices. This isn't a place you can go to for $2 tacos, or complimentary chips and salsa upon arrival. A street taco plate (3 tacos) runs around $18, without rice and beans. Burritos could add up if you chose to smother it or swap out the meat for shrimp (my boyfriend's burrito came out to over $20). Chips and salsa will also cost you $11. I will say that happy hour is extremely worth it! It's tough to catch their happy hour if you work Mon-Thurs, but I'm really glad we were able to catch their happy hour this past Memorial Day. We ordered ceviche, (2) street tacos, nachos, taquitos, (2) margaritas, and a margarita flight for about $61! As for the food, there is no denying that the food here is pretty good! A few items that I'd recommend are the ceviche, the nachos, and anything with carnitas or al pastor. I don't typically go for carnitas, but Mas Fuego's carnitas are so juicy and tender. I always order one of my tacos with carnitas here. The ceviche is really good and the fish is really fresh. The chunks of mango add to the ceviche flavor as well. I've had the passionfruit, guava, mango, and hibiscus margaritas - all have been so good. You can never go wrong with guava, but the hibiscus is one I'd recommend trying. Service here is usually pretty good. Sometimes I feel like they are understaffed, but the woman who works at the bar is amazing! She's always running around and multitasking. Plus her margaritas were the best we've had when visiting! Overall, Mas Fuego is a great spot in Pac Com! I highly recommend catching their happy hour, if you're able to, to get the most bang for your buck! PS. I think if they offered a happy hour on Sunday (like Market Broiler), they'd get even more business!
